Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product if the product has a manufacturing fault. The product will be returned to Pioneer Plastics at the clients cost and upon inspection a new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
